Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features to enhance the platform and the user experience
• Evolve the application architecture to support its growth and address scalability challenges
• Tackling a variety of technical challenges: automated data collection, impact calculation engine, dashboard, eco-design simulation, user experience, etc.
• Work closely with the product team to understand business challenges and propose the best technical solutions
• Ensure code quality and performance : clean code, security, testing, code reviews, bug fixes, etc.

Desired Qualifications

• You have more than 3 years of experience in full-stack development
• You are a graduate ofan engineering school
• You value code quality and maintainability: DX, clean code, tests, documentation, continuous improvement…
• Do you enjoy understanding product and business challenges in order to design appropriate technical solutions?
• You care about environmental issues and want to give your work meaning by contributing to a project that makes a positive impact
• Bonus: You're comfortable working with our tech stack (TypeScript, React, Node.js)

Interview Process

To ensure that your goals align with Waro’s needs, you’ll have:

• A 30-minute call with Alexandre, Waro’s CTO, to get to know each other and see if what you’re looking for aligns with what Waro is looking for
• A 1-hour technical interview with the technical team
• A Q&A session with the four founders where you can ask any questions you still have about Waro and get to know our team a little better
