Aware of the environmental and social issues at stake, several years ago the company embarked on a structured CSR approach aimed at reducing its environmental footprint, enhancing the value of its local know-how and reinforcing its positive impact on all its stakeholders. This dynamic is part of a continuous improvement process, based on concrete actions: improved traceability of materials, optimized waste management, employee well-being and increased social responsibility.

What was set up with Waro

Since the launch of the partnership, several key milestones have been reached:

  • Collection and integration of CSR data (materials, packaging, transport, product nomenclature, etc.) on the Waro platform, with a switch to automation via API for monthly updates.
  • Monitoring of environmental indicators (BEGES, materials KPIs, waste management) integrated into the platform, enabling precise measurement of impact.
  • Creation of customized dashboards to promote the brand's environmental commitments.
  • Deployment of an environmental QR code on Jacquart product labels, currently being finalized, to provide consumers with transparent information.
  • Workshops to train teams in CSR issues and product impact analysis.

What next?

The year 2025 marks a new stage with several major ambitions:

  • Train the entire sales team in environmental communication (green claims, sales pitches, customer objections, etc.).
  • Deploy impact communication on 80% of products by the end of 2025.
  • Prepare the company for French environmental labelling and the European Digital Product Passport, based on data and analyses provided by Waro.
  • Build a quantified reduction plan, based on the results of the product lifecycle analysis, to define an impact trajectory in line with the company's CSR objectives.
