Summary

  • Create initiatives at the level of a collection, a purchasing family or a trade.
  • Consolidate these initiatives into a trajectory with objectives, milestones and implementation rates.
  • Control your trajectory over time by identifying potential deviations between your target and actual trajectories, and make ongoing adjustments.

Following the June release of our large-scale initiative simulation feature, you can now build your reduction trajectory directly in Waro.

Objective: move from simulations to an action plan - costed, dated and controllable - by combining your initiatives (material mix, processes, scope) and projecting their cumulative effect over time.

What this feature can do

Create collection-wide initiatives to prioritize your actions

Act where it counts by simulating a change of material or process for an entire collection or a specific perimeter (category, range, business).

Each initiative instantly displays its impact on the target perimeter and on your brand's overall impact, enabling you to prioritize the actions you need to take.

Example

  • Perimeter: Jeans - Collection 2024
  • Assumption: China cotton → China organic cotton (applied to 30% of the collection)
  • Result posted on the initiative: -1.64% impact on the "Jeans" family and -296t CO₂ on the overall footprint.

Build and manage your climate trajectory

Move from simulations to a costed action plan: consolidate your initiatives into a trajectory with targets for each year.

Define your target years, the implementation rate for each initiative, and set reduction targets for different timeframes.

Result: with Waro, you build a clear, manageable action plan that respects your operational constraints and your ambitions for impact reduction.

What this feature means for you :

  1. From simulation to calculated action plan

Identify your impact reduction levers, simulate several large-scale initiatives, then build a trajectory that projects the cumulative effect of your initiatives over time.

  1. A consolidated view of impact

Create your reduction initiatives and instantly visualize :

  • the relative reduction on each simulated perimeter (e.g. "Jeans" family),
  • the gross reduction on the brand's total footprint (e.g. -1.59 kt CO₂),

All the simulations data you've created in Waro (change of material, process, business scope, etc.) can be directly reused to build your trajectory, without any re-entry or recalculation.

  1. Meeting your investors' and regulatory requirements

Define a realistic trajectory that takes into account your operational constraints, your climate ambitions and your commitments(SBTi, CSRD, investor expectations).

  1. Follow your trajectory over time

Observe your environmental impact year after year, measure deviations from your objectives, and adjust your trajectory and action plans in real time.

Observe year-on-year trends, measure deviations from your objectives and adjust your action plans in real time.
