The Position

Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you’ll join the Customer Success team (Adrien, Eléonore, Clarisse, Brieuc, and Laureline) to support existing clients and work on onboarding new clients.

During this internship, you’ll work with the team to provide support to existing clients and assist them with strategic challenges related to their use of Waro. These tasks fall into three main areas:

  • Support the client in implementing and ensuring the success of their project: jointly developing project objectives and timelines, training teams on key topics (impact assessment, eco-design, environmental communication, etc.), holding follow-up meetings with the CSR manager, and monitoring regulatory developments related to the client’s key issues
  • Analyze and integrate the customer data needed to measure impact on Waro: identify the customer’s data sources, collect missing data from the customer’s suppliers as needed, analyze the quality of the data received, and collaborate with the integration team to import the data into the platform
  • Ensure the platform is used properly: provide user training, offer support for usage questions, and track the adoption rate of new features

Since it's a small team, you'll quickly take on responsibilities and be able to get involved in all strategic matters related to Waro's development (cross-functional projects, creating and tracking operational metrics, etc.).

Desired Qualifications

We are looking for a business or engineering school student who is taking a gap year or completing their degree and is interested in getting involved in a project with a significant environmental impact.

This position is right for you if:

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit: you’re curious, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable communicating independently with a client, both verbally and in writing
  • You are organized and thorough when it comes to managing your projects
  • You're interested in CSR and the environmental challenges we face
  • Do you want to help us achieve the ambitious goals we've set for ourselves?
  • You are comfortable using Excel (for the customer data integration component)
  • You want to explore all the challenges involved in developing an entrepreneurial project as part of a young and ambitious team.

Bonus features (optional):

  • Do you have experience in the textile or home furnishings industry?

Just a quick reminder: even if you don’t think you fit every single one of these criteria, don’t hesitate to apply anyway—we don’t expect anyone to be perfect 😉
